At the end, a consortium of British Petroleum and the China National Petroleum Company was the sole winner of the giant Rumaila field in southern Iraq.
As the “re-build Iraq” is now opening up slowly but steadily, especially with this week’s auction of a major oil contract in Iraq, we the “Xpress American International Group” registered in the State of Texas – USA, as “Computer Xpress International, LLC” and as “Computer Xpress” in the Sultanate of Oman, the Middle East, will be appointing a team of bases and contacts in each country/state/city globally, to play key roles in sourcing, procuring, supplying and supporting various products, services and know-how between the regions of United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, Middle East, Near East, Far East and beyond.
